At the end of Mission AI, your leadership team has a clear, validated path to deployment not just a list of options.
Determine the most appropriate solution for each priority use case: existing software, adaptation of an
available tool, or custom development. Analysis covers build vs. buy, open-source vs. proprietary, and the
full vendor landscape relevant to your sector.

Implementation roadmap
Build the full execution plan: data requirements, HR dimensions, tooling decisions, legal and regulatory
considerations (GDPR, AI Act), organizational impact, and a realistic budget framework. Sequenced for
your constraints, not a consultant's ideal timeline.

Analyze and mitigate organizational, HR, legal and technical risks before committing to build. Define the
governance framework. Identify the conditions for a successful go-live and the early warning signals to
watch.
